Was told the date we requested was open, but we were refused the opportunity to rent the room because we called 5 days prior to our party date. The worker stated the policy was minimum of 7 days prior to party date. SO..this manager refused a $175 reservation because we called 5 days instead of 7 days. Makes little sense to refuse $175 for 5 day advance notice or get $0 and have an empty party room... Maybe Monkey Joe's doesn"t have such a strict policy. |
